I just posted a link that serious quitters read to implement serious quit. I did not see that you posted roll in October. I see you have posted 3 times so not real sure where you have posted. Anyway.

Serious quitters post roll every morning and quit for the day. We take it 1 day at a time here. Focus on today. If I can help, please ask. I would love to. Proud to quit with you today.
