Hello there. Why don't you give me a call anytime after 6 p.m. I'm going to send you my cell phone number. I am also a girl, who used for 22 years. I am married and my husband also dups in front of me every single day. There is no reason for you to not be quick. You are reaching out for help and this is how I'm going to help you. Wild addiction is the same for everyone, how we experience it and fight it is always completely different. And to be honest, different factors happen with women then they do with men so I'm going to be here for you to help you fight in battle. Again, go ahead and give me a call. I'm going to send you a message right now a private email message with my cell phone number....Lady G day 1147
AND.....I think I am in your neck of the woods this week!!! I would love to meet you in person, bring anyone with to you would like, and let me help you save your life. You can do this, we can help. Just grab any single hand that is held out for you!
JHund,

You seriously need to take advantage of this offer that has been made to you.... don't believe me? Ask Jenahen.

Ms Ginet is one SERIOUSLY hard-quittin' lady. Her stature among the halls of KTC is undeniable; can't urge you enough to make this a priority over the next week!

Its so hard to say no.
Change your mindset.
Owning your quit eliminates this problem for you jhund. When you own your quit, you do everything in your power to say no. You've got your seeds, gum, jerky, fake chew, and numbers of fellow quitters in your group. Failure will all of a sudden not be an option for you. You will do anything to keep this shit out of your mouth. If you can learn to say fuck you to the cancer wall in the convenience store you'll have this half whipped..."will there be anything else?" My fucking freedom that's what...

Tip #1 - Your Quit Must Be As Important As Anything Else In Your Life

It must be as important to you as working out. It must be as important to you as running 5k races. It must be as important to you as this new guy you just met.

Not more important, but as important. No more, no less.

It must be important enough that, when you get that next coupon in the mail, or the cute clerk at the store asks if there's anything else you'd like, your reply will be "No thanks, I am quit!"

For tips 2 through 25, follow the links in my signature. Get serious, be serious, stay serious, stay quit. It's simple. Not easy, just simple.

This site is not about "tips." It is about committing every day to being quit. You post roll and make your promise to your group. You keep that promise, and then wake up and make the promise again tomorrow. You are an addict, just as we all are. The only way to break your addiction is to quit one day at a time (or, ODAAT and the lazy people say).

I am also an avid athlete. I can tell you that you WILL NOT regret quitting. I've had so much energy since I quit 56 days ago (because of this site). Pick a new gas station. Change your habits. PM me if you need support or need to talk further.

Welcome to the site. If you are serious about quitting then you will get all the help you need on this site. You first should find your quit group. Your quit group will be may of 17. That is because your 100 day quit will fall in the month of May. when you find your quit group, you will want to post roll. A video of how to do this can be found HERE

Read all you can. If you need more help getting started, post here or in your quit group. You can do this!!
He who has a why can bear almost any how.

I am 32 year old female and have chewed off and on since I was 18. My first time was in my auto shop class. Someone let me try berry Skoal and I was hooked. I recently started dating a guy who I really like. He doesn't know I chew. I told a few of my friends because I felt guilty. I usually chew at home by myself when I am bored. On top of this I work out and enjoy running 5k's and other events. I have tried justifying that I can chew because I do workouts almost everyday. I really want to quit and found this website. Any tips to quit will be greatly appreciated. I'm wondering if I tell more of my friends and my running partner if it will help me be more accountable and push me to help quitting. I usually cave when I go to the gas station and they ask if I need anything else. Its so hard to say no.
