So just a quick little bit about me ive been dipping for 20 plus years about a tin a day give or take some. Well it finally dawned on me that I need to quit... Well at day 9 alls I can say is fuk me what a battle that little nicotine devil sure does know how to play games... That being said my desire not to be a slave to a chemical is winning out . Looking forward to chatting with you fellow x dippers.

Welcome DC! Day 9 is the nuts! Further then I ever got on my own. The tough part is done and now there's no looking back. Check out the Welcome center tab below the header up there. I see you already posted your promise in June so all that's left to do is honor that promise then do it again tomorrow and each day thereafter, no matter what.
