Snow,

I'm 15 days quit. I wouldn't be w/0 following the plan. Post roll, mine this site for wisdom, reach out to your brothers, and go to bed nicotine free. Wake up and repeat. It works bro. However strong your quit is, it will need to be strengthened by the brotherhood of KTC. Don't do it alone.

Ah Snow...you have just been presented with the biggest tool, that KCC has mentioned, and that is posting....no pledging your word on the roll call each and every day.

I say that because if you do that first thing each day, and then throughout the day honor that word that you have posted, then there will be nothing to fear as if you have that sense of intergrity, then you will never break your word, and therefore will remain quit.

Great choice and welcome to the group. Now I give you my word today that I will not use any form of nicotene, let me ask....do you (we) have yours?

Welcome Snow. I'm 39 years old and chewed a can a day (or more) since I was a sophomore in High School. That doesn't include the Hawkin and Red Man that I used here and there in Junior High.

Fuck that shit. I have a 8 year son and 5 year old daughter. I'm 39 days QUIT. Quit today with everyone here. The guys on this website are hardcore. Find your group and post roll every day. If you don't you will hear about it. It's not taken lightly.

If I can quit...anyone can quit....you can quit. One day at a time brother. You can do it! KC Bronco

Our nicotine addiction made liars of us all bro. No more tho...at least not from a nicotine perspective.

Welcome to the site bro. Use the tools. Ask WT57 about the tools and he will give you a dissertation on what they are and how he specifically uses them, all to his betterment.

If he can do it...so can you.

Yell if you need anything.

Snow we all know the lies, I told them for 40 years. My daughters birth became my grand daughters birth. Don't worry about the past! There is only one thing that should be on your mind for the foreseeable future and that is "TODAY"! Post roll early everyday and keep your word to keep nicotine out of your system for the day. 1 day of quitting is totally possible where 1 week, 1 month or 1 year is questionable! 1 day at a time adds up to milestones before you know it, weeks, months and years accumulate. Reach out, get to know us, get numbers and use them. Don't be afraid to call or text total strangers we are willing to talk and listen. Actually when you reach out for help you aren't the only one that gains we all do! Pm me if you need anything or want a #.

Hey all. I finally made the choice that I have been letting dip make for me years today. I'm 36, from Wisconsin, have a wife and 2 boys and a third child on the way. I lied to myself 7 years ago and said I would quit when my son was born, and have piled more lies on top of that since... "It's not the right time" "hunting season is coming", etc. Im done lying and ready to kick this things ass.
