Delta. Awesome Just quit recently myself on my 16th day. This site helps. I will quit with you every day , one day at a time until we are way past a week, but still... One day at a time. Pm me if you need anything. Oh yea you are in the August Groupe I believe.
I would rather lose to a cheater than win as a cheater.

Day 1 has started. Gotten to 1 week multiple times but nvr made it past that. I want to end this addiction and I'm hoping this forum is the answer. Any advice for getting over the one week is much appreciated. Can't wait for a free life of being non dependant on cope.
