Dude I was exactly where you are right now 2 years ago today. If I can do it so can you. I can't even explain how much better off you will be after putting in the hard work, no matter how big the mountain seems right now. Just pretend I'm you in 2 years, come back from the future to tell you to stick it out cuz it's all worth it.
Gosh, Mister, my teeth feel cleaner. But what about the hole in the wall?

Welcome brother! I'm day 37 Quit. I chewed Kodiak for 25 years plus. I was so pathetic. Use this site and these people. My teeth are getting white and my pockets are full of cash. I love it.

Post your roll every day. "The Suck" will go away over time. I'm still a newbie but the fog has lifted and I'm fighting this addiction one day at a time.

Basically the motto here is "Hope is for pussies. Real men QUIT!"

If I can do this... you can do this. Nobody was more of a pathetic junky than yours truly. I fucking love QUIT! KC BRONCO

Welcome to the quit family- This site is full of great information and support. The key to success is posting roll, so good job on that, it took me a few says to figure the roll thing out. Second, you are about to go through the toughest part of your quit in the next 72-96 hours. Bite the bullet and keep moving, I've never felt so good in my life as when I quit nic. DonÂ’t be afraid you will not enjoy the things you once did with dip because you will, and more with the confidence that you are quit. Nic is an ADDICTIVE SUBSTANCE AND WILL MAKE/ TRICK YOU INTO THINKING YOU NEED IT ANYWAY SHE CAN. IT'S ALL IN YOUR HEAD, IT'S CHEMICALS ARE FUCKING WITH YOUR HEAD, DETOX THAT SHIT OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM AND YOU WILL REALISE FIRSTHAND YOU NEVER NEEDED IT. Your gaining control of your life and adding years back to it. No more slave to the addiction! You wonÂ’t worry about your supply, nasty ass teeth and cat shit breath. Plus, looking fucking gross spewing brown slime out of your face every couple minuets. Oh yea, and spitters everywhere. You will feel 10X better about everything, just post roll, keep your word and use the resources here and you will do great things my friend.

Im in the fight with you and dammit, I quit with you.

Superfly-day 70. Stay quit today, this is Sparta!!

Hi all,

Sunday was my first day of the rest of my life. I started chewing in college 15 years ago and have tried to quit a few times. The hardest part for me is doing things outside (yard work, car work, or the golf course).... I always diped when doing things outside, so it makes it tough not to put one in. I have ordered some fake chew to help with the oral fixation and thankfully I found this site to try and deal with the mental side! Today was my first Roll call!

I look forward to the future here!

I know what you mean about having dipping outside.

I dipped from the moment I woke up until the moment that I went to bed (sometimes beyond). Everything is a trigger to me, but nothing is worse than my office desk during tax season.

I'll make you a deal.

I'll watch your back and keep you honest, and you watch my back and keep me honest.

Deal?

We can do this.
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

Awesome - welcome to freedom. One thing to get in your mind - those other attempts were just that - attempts (tries, stops, whatever).

this is different - this is the quit. We don't try around here. We made the decision. Never again, for any reason. I have yet to hear of anyone dying from quitting nicotine, so the rest of it is just mental.

Holler if you need anything!
The problem is not the problem.  The problem is your attitude about the problem.  Do you understand?

If its too much trouble to post roll call, you could always fuck off.
