Hey Brett, another Brett here. Also from MO.

Keep posting roll each and every morning. Honor that commitment each and every day. Fight hard the first few weeks. You are quitting with others who are in the same boat, so rely on them. Get some digits if need be. Mine are a PM away.

I personally used seeds heavily when I started quitting. Now I just chew a lot of gum. The freedom is amazing. I am 311 days in, and it is so great not to be a slave to the can anymore. That nic bitch will try to seduce you with lies and shit, but just call her a whore and keep up the quit.

Glad to quit with you today.

The only thing dip helps you do better at work is to pay off your employer paid life insurance. In time, the truth will prevail. Nicotinecis a giant lie and you don't need it. But it needs you. Keep winning one day at a time man. You are doing great!

Hey Brett , I can totally relate to work being the hardest time to quit chew. A couple years ago I was laid off for about 9 mos. During that time I stopped chewing, was getting in shape, seemed to be getting my shit together in general. I remember the very first day back to work and picking up a can, just like clockwork. I hated being owned by that can that was also rotting out my mouth, but It was just how I "Coped" with showing up for work and tackling the challenges there. Im 60 days quit and typing this while at work ironically, and I got to say I am loving the Freedom now. You can do this, it sucks for awhile but your in the right place. Read up everything here, get digits, use them, Post Roll everyday, and just take it one day at a time. Drink lots of water, Don't forget what brought you here. Quit on.

Thank you BrianG, just taking it a day at a time. I purchased Smokey Mountain but not a fan of the consistency, but its been curbing my need for the real thing.

Hey Brett,

You can post roll in the June 2017 group.

Pass the time with seeds, Hard Candy, fake dip (I like smokey mountain brand) and a whole bunch of KTC reading...whatever it takes to be quit.
Get a week or so under your belt and it gets better. You will want to get people's numbers so you have access to some support. Mine are a PM away if you need them.

You got this and you do not have to do it alone.
He who has a why can bear almost any how.

Day 1
« on: February 26, 2017, 11:42:00 PM »
Hello, Im Brett. Today is the day I decide to quit. I work on sports fields for a living and that is how I started dipping. I find myself in a horrible mood when ever I forget to bring/buy a new can. I don't know how to pass the time at work with out chew, but looking to work through it with others. I'm sick and tired of letting something control me.
