I feel like a zombie constantly. I look at the clock and like 8 minutes have gone by. It feels like its been days.

I feel like this site will help keep me accountable. As I said, I've half ass attempted to quit previously, but this time I plan on relying on others to help.

Instead of going to the gas station, I'm here... Talking to people I don't know and listening to music. It's a start.

Welcome to the Sept quit group! We do this together, as stated day by day! the past 4 days have woke me up to how fucked up dip makes us. I'm still fucked up I was like a zombie @ work-it was awful, but two brothers texted me and we beat that bitch. Tomorrow will come post roll and we'll fight this bitch again, but now you have brothers w/you.You won't find more support than on KTC -it's science...

Fake stuff: portland mint, hooch snuff (my choice) herbal dip...no nic/no tobacco

What's with the drinking lots of water? I see that as a suggestion a lot, but don't quite understand why.

I've been reading a lot and listening to music. Both help. What is the fake stuff? I haven't encountered it, but feel like it could help me.

I'm planning on relying on others who are where I want to be. I'm hoping to be a contributing member of the community. Also hoping to never dip again.

Day by day.... These are long fucking days.

tarheel... for me I embraced the suck retrospectively and once you get over that first major suck (first 3-4 days) then the cravings start to get shorter and shorter. If I started to crave... I would do one of three things... run, read on KTC, or use some fake stuff (SMC or NIP). Always drink lots of water! That worked for me... but I also didn't want to constantly use the fake stuff, so I would limit my use on that stuff about to about 3 times a day.
Can't is the cancer of happening.

I'm trying to figure out how to embrace it. Day by day is important, but it's so incredibly difficult. I feel like I'm smarter than addiction (yes that sounded as stupid on paper as it did in my head) but it's extremely frustrating.

Appreciate the support, hoping its successful.

Hello,

I've been dipping for about 4 years. Have tried quitting about 20 times, never made it past a week. Found this site, and am looking for some support. Help?

For the past 12 hrs, I feel like I'm going crazy. I'm already angry, and frustrated... And am pretty sure I'm not going to make it to day 3, much less day 100.

How long does the anxiety/sweating/anger last? And is there any way to minimize these side effects? I hate this feeling.

Thanks in advance for all your help.
Don't worry about anything but today you can do that! Drink lots of water, exersice, post roll early everyday, keep your word and read read read others experiences. Start getting contact #'s of other quitters to call on when your having a rough time. Pm me if you want to exchange #'s
rock out bro and enjoy and relish and remember these 72 hours........this is the quickening and is what will make you never go back.........if you remember it.....and embrace it.......
