While there are a lot of "habits" supporting chewing, at the bottom of it is addiction. If you don't understand that, it will easy to cave at some point. Habits can be stopped, addictions have to be totally quit because you will always be an addict.
I do laugh now at all the pathetic behaviors I had to support my addiction, but talking dreamily about a wad of carcinogen in your face is offensive to us all.
Last advice. Stop all nicotine intake! Post Roll to promise not to use it today.
Post roll - Only once you give up nicotine in all forms. Throw the little sissy mints in the trash - this is a NO nicotine site. We Quit Like Fuck around here...no nicotine what so ever!!!

You can do this! If your only on attempt 99 your doing great, several steps ahead of everyone else. Seriously with the help here and everyone watching after you failure is only an option if that is what you want!! If you are truly ready to quit and you put everything you've got behind your quit, 1 day at a time. You will quit. I also had numerous attempts to quit and failed, I always failed because in the back of my mind I never really wanted to quit bad enough to suffer the suck of quitting, usually I was appeasing someone else who wanted me to quit.
NO NICOTINE PERIOD
I hate that stuff so bad that I cannot tolerate it in any form or amount.
