Aaaah the rage. You would think it may abate but you would be wrong. All is good, mellow, loving life and my quit then someone is a dick. Not just any dick, a long term quitter dick. Fuse gone, lid pops, head nealry spins off.

More days does not make you better! It does not give you a right to be a dick. More experience? Yes. Able to give great advice? Yes. Respected? Maybe, you earn that,we all do. Demand it? fuck off. Expect it? Fuck off.
Be honest with yoursely; if you are here to feel better about your self by berating others then your value is nul.
You may or may not know who you are, arrogance is a bitch. I am not eating that shit, not now, not ever.

Peace to those that accept it.

Quit, staying quit. Day 5, feeling good. Fuck the "vortex" and the stupid shit surrounding it.
I just read your posts and I love your anger! Anger means you are healing. Bring that anger here and to your quit groups, that is why we are here.
Whew, good thing! I am not great at holding it in and seem to have an abundance 'bang head'

To your point I feel better after letting some go (and maybe breaking a few things ;) )

Quit on, damn happy I found this place.
Yeah, bring it on and out. Back in the day it was much rougher, but quitter rage can still show up, and I LOVE it!
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Thanks jMcKay.
For me I would hate to have a psychological dependance on the fake chew and deal with that.
So we can barely do kindergarten math and/or reading comprehension but we need to "post roll", complicated enough that it has a how to section and a video!
Your screen name is in Latin and you've figured out how to upload an avatar - I'll bet you can take a crack at Roll. Besides, it doesn't matter if you screw it up, as long as you get on there.

The fake stuff can be a useful tool, especially early on, but not everyone wants or needs it. That's ok, although I would caution against discounting a potential quit tool this early in the game. I used it for a few weeks and then no longer felt the need too. In fact, I bummed a fake pouch off a fellow quitter a couple weeks ago and immediately had to spit it out - too weird after all that time. But again, if you want to go without it, no one here will try to push it.

If you really want to tap in and use the system here, go post up with your group!

The fake has its place for some. Many opt to steer clear...some tear through a tin a day. I never used any until 6-8 months in to my quit. I am an avid archery elk hunter and hunting season was always to mother of all triggers. I went through about a half dozen cans of smokey mountain that September and shortly after hunting season ended, I put it down and never through twice about it again. I still carry a can in my pack to this day but I rarely use it.

As far as posting roll...I swear it was deliberately designed to be as complex as possible just to infuriate the new quitter. It becomes second nature soon enough.

Welcome to the madness.

Nice job posting roll. Make sure you put your day count and promise not to use nicotine for the next 24 hours when posting roll. You also post up top in your group.
I moved your name up top and put day 3 for you on the roll post. Check it out...

Day 3, loads of fun with the usual stuff everyone points out. I was googling around for an idea on symptom duration/ severity and found you guys. Misery loves company so here I am! Cold Turkey, no fake chew shit either. Focus on the goal.
try this out; google erection and nicotine. That ought to help a bit If any y'all are needing any additional focus through the fog. (worked for me, I had no idea...)

here is to many more Nico free days.

Hey there yeah the fog is shitty but it does improve with time. How it works is you post roll with your group to promise to everyone you will not use niccotine for that day. You quit one day at a time. I am still using fake dip it has no nic in it. The only thing it does is keep some of the dip habit going but chewing tobacco is not a habit its addiction.
