You got this man. Trust me if I can do it you can too. We quit one day at a time. Roll post early is your key to a successful quit for the day. Just honor your word.

Today is day one for me. I read thru your stuff yesterday and I choose to quit cooled turkey and to do it for me.

I'm not sure how to join a quit group; would someone help me with that?

Because I'm not part of a group I wasn't able to do Roll Call. But I commit to not use tobacco or nicotine today.
