Well, I made it a full day without copenhagen / nicotine. I must admit that I wasn't sure that I could do it. I thank God that I made it this far.

Now, I just have to make it through TODAY.

Welcome Drew and congrats on decision to flush that crap. You will be in May 2015 group with me and bunch of great fellow quitters. The first 3 days are the worst, spend time here, post roll, get involved and read everything you can, KTC works with the support from everyone here.

Welcome Drew! Flushing was best decision ever. Head over to welcome center and read everything including how to post roll. The only way to mess up is to neglect trying. Someone much smarter than me will be along with direct links for quick access. I believe you are in May 2015 group. Check your PM at top right of page. You can and WILL do this. It's not easy but focus on each minute early on and read all the great info here. Chin up brother. I too was a Cope guy for 20 years. Shit is evil. You got this. The time is now.

Hello there. I've been dipping for at least 28 years. Today is my first day of quit. I flushed a full can last night before I went to bed. I had to make there wasn't any in the house.
I'm not looking forward to how today is going to feel. It has been 10 years since I went more than 2 or 3 hours without copenhagen in my mouth.
I just want to make it through TODAY.
