This is only temporary and the longer you go the easier it will be to say no and you will have more reason to say no, you think this sucks imagine going through this just to give up, thyat's the most ridiculous thing I have EVER heard, this is only temporary, you will feel good in a couple of days!!!

Remshot, i stand corrected! i dont need luck! i have balls of steel! today is day 1 for me, Day 1 of the rest of my life. Later i'm sure i'll be in a fowl mood so i plan on going down to the pond and i'm gonna push some baby ducks in the water! thats right...... I'm a baaaaaaaad man 'na na'
If today is day one for you, that makes you the old man in Jan 08. Give us your word that you won't use tobacco today and post roll.

On second thought, I think that makes you the baby new year! Congrats on an awesome decision and welcome!

What is this luck you speak of?

Blood sweat and tears is more like it. Luck is for playing bingo.

Use the site the way it is intended. Develop relationships with your fellow quitters. Develop a plan and stick to it. Committ to the quit.

CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit.

Welcome RLB! Your quit group will be December 07. You will find it at the top of the page in the Quit Groups section. Post your number of days quit with the rest of the group.

You have made a great decision.
