Thanks for all of the accountability. Yes, I have posted roll and in 3 hours I will be on day 2 of my quit. Today, day 1, was very hard with tons of cravings but I stayed strong and I know I will stay quit. Feeling a little better already.
Hey man...been looking for you to post your day 3 today. Hope you haven't caved already. You can do this, you just need support.

I'm 28 years old and have been dipping a can a day for about 3 years now. I took the last dip out of the can that I have and threw the can away. I love it but it's time to quit. Since I started dipping I haven't been working out as much. I play ice hockey in a recreational league and I've noticed a decrease in my stamina and general athletic ability.

I want to quit because I am scared of cancer. I also want to quit because I want to be in better shape for hockey. I believe that this time, the quit is for real and for good.
I hope you get back to reading this post. I assume you are going to post roll. You haven't yet today but I hope you will. You may think you love this shit but only because you are young and feel invincible. I felt that way once too, but I threw away a huge portion of my life dipping Skoal. It is good that you are scared of getting cancer because it can happen any time no matter what age. Imagine being worried after 30 years of doing this crap. Anyway, I will look for you in August, and will support in your quit as will everyone else here.
Hey time22quit, you need to get serious about your quit if you want to be quit..."you love it"...something that steels your life and can kill you? You need to get serious or you will be just like me and wake up and realize you've been dipping for 33 years! Now post roll and I'll quit with you.

Looks like he posted roll at approximately 0923 hours eastern standard. Great job. Read, get to know your enemy. Turn that love to hate. Quit with you today.

HoF Speech

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

Time22, how can you love something that is killing you? Read these boards and posts and change the way you think. Learn to hate chew and nicotine as we do, and crush this NIC bitch. I quit with you today.

Welcome get your ass over to August and be the first member of that group to post roll. go to the members page learn how to post roll.

Well we have to clear up some of the misconceptions in your first post....you don't love dipping you hate pain...the pain of withdrawal when ever cell in your body screams for the poison.

You have already described what nicotine does it robs you of life money freedom. Dump your stash in the toilet and start the process we are here if you follow our plan you can do this.

PM me if you need anything.
Complacency sucks, one moment of it is the difference between being a user and a quitter....OIB
