Day 9. Wife had me running errands all over town all damn day. Had to take some paperwork to a client (we run a travel agency on the side). Just got home and doing homework. Man the fatigue and crabbiness got to me today. Sipping a little Gentleman and saying hey. See y'all in the morning for roll call.

Hell yeah it's been a great couple days. Still getting a temptation but it's more of a nagging feeling and I just pop in a mouthful of seeds and keep rolling. I even had a foot chase today and I use to reward myself with a big fat dip after I won those and I didn't even think about it! So kiss my 'arse' nic-bitch!

I had one of those instances on the road myself the other day. I didn't do anything, but thought seriously about weighing the car down with some lead. I've got cruise set and you pass me, then slow down, GGRRRRRR.

Just went to help my daughter get a pizza out of the oven and she said, "you get happier every day". That's a win man! We just need these small wins.

I drive a marked police car home everyday. People's IQ tends to drop about a hundred points when they see that car behind them. Hell I just want to get home! And if I gotta shit I swear they go ten mph slower!

Parked my car somewhere and tried to get a hold of my self. Call went out about two construction workers injured in a hole. Went over and helped the FD out with that and forgot all about needing a pinch. When the call was over I started to feel a little pull to needing one but popped some more seeds and headed home. Finally made it through the day.

You can do this. Me 30 years. I mess with electricity ever damn day. Messing with high voltage without the bitch is tough.
