So what happened?? Are you still quit? Post roll every day man.

Posting roll early every damn day, stay close to the site, exchange numbers. Damn proud of you! You can do this but you got to really want to! You're an addict just like the rest of us and you always will be! Quit on!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Congrats on the quit. We are behind you 100%. Just post roll EDD and hang in there.

Quote from: ArkaiWell here goes. I started smoking when I joined the navy 12 years ago. Switched to dip when I got to the sub. it was always accessible, where as smokers were only allowed to have 3 people at a time going. Ten and a half years later and I'm chain dipping Copenhagen and skoal snus at 2 to 3 cans a day combined.

Tried quitting several times throughout the years, never stuck.

Well it hit home when my 3 year old stuffed his lip with raisins to "be like daddy". That is not what I want to be teaching my kids.

I threw every last bit of it away and have been nicotine free since 1/20/2016.
I saw your posting up. Good job. Keep that up! One day at a time!

Congrats on your decision. The site is real helpful. The accountability of roll call is also a big help. Good luck. I quit with you
