I have been following KTC for 2 years, i have quit several times during that time frame only to relapse.  I was skeptical of the power of this site and thought i could do this alone.  But, i think i need some support.  The first time that i was on here and was quit at the time i was reading everything and looking at all of the information.. it sent me into a whirlwind of anxiety/depression/ and absolute insanity..... im here for the last time.... going to do the whole thing this time start to finish.  I am not computer savy, and hope i can figure out how to post roll and do everything that i need to.
