Maybe he optimized the site to pop up on multiple search engines so you would find the fig leaf amongst the false idols. You're obviously here for a reason. You ought not tempt fate. Read everything here and post daily. Share it far and wide. 40 days and forty nights is only the beginning, brother. Freedom from tobacco and everlasting quit are yours for the taking.

It also helps to have a support site like this as well. I believe in God as well, but was never close to being quit until I joined here. You should consider joining the site and posting roll.

day 40
« on: December 28, 2015, 03:08:00 PM »
Hello,
I wanted to share my story so that it may give others encouragement to quit. A little about myself first. I am 30 years old. I have been chewing tobacco for the past 13 years. In the past year i have gotten married, bought a house and had a beautiful baby girl and also given my life to Christ. I quit dipping 40 days ago cold turkey. I've tried to quit many times in the past, but failed every time. I quit not only for my own health, but i quit because i wanted to be around for the next 40 years to enjoy life with my wife and see my daughter grow up and have a family of her own. I started thinking about that 40 days ago and realized i had many great reasons to quit. It was not easy, and yes the battle is not over. I still fight the urge to dip, not all the time, but sometimes. But most importantly God has been with me through this whole process. I honestly believe without my faith i would not have been able to quit. I'm not saying you can't quit unless you believe in Jesus, but i am saying He makes it a whole lot easier :)
So if this helps anyone, just one person, for me quitting was actually pretty easy but i had some great reasons and God on my side. So i guess what im saying is, if you have a loved one who means everything in this world to you, then you just found your reason to throw your can away and never buy another one. Its that simple. Throw that can away and never look back!!! God bless
