I guess I'll try to make this simple. My name is Craig from Texas.I turned 46 two days ago. I've been dipping snuff for over 30 years.I have never had any inclination to quit till a few weeks ago while at the Dentist. I was told that if I don't quit now,I'll be sorry so here I am. I have now had 2 dips in 2 days with the last one at 10:00 am this morning. I will not be taking another.

Welcome Tex. You have made the best decision of your life. You CAN do this. It is not easy but it is WORTH it. I did copeshit and/or cigs for over 30 years myself. Quit for 6 months now and never want to go back. A lot of folks from Texas on here including myself. PM if I can do anything to help

Craig this is the place...trust me. I turned 46 a couple of weeks ago...had been dipping Copenhagen 1- 1 1/2 cans a day for 33 years...it can be done. Get to your month and post roll it will hold you accountable, and that's what you need is accountability. Let us help...let us all help...no one here gets left behind.
