Dude - hope that you stick with it and join us. I doubt that you've hit the fog yet, but I'm sure that you've got plenty of withdrawal symptoms going on if you're still with us. Laugh at them. Sure, they suck. You did it to yourself though, so might as well laugh at them.

Go and post roll if you haven't already. If you have, get up tomorrow, post roll again, and keep your word.

Your quit group is april 2012. Do you know how to post roll? Thats what we do. Everyday. If spending two minutes on this site everyday for basically the rest of your life sounds too hard, pack your shit.

Hey everyone, Found this site a few weeks back decided to end my addiction to nicotine. Threw away my last can on 31 DEC 11 . Thanks for all the awesome info about what to anticipate when you quit! If I did not read about the "dip fog" I would be certain that I was going bat `shit crazy right now!
