Lucky Bastard. The hardest part for me is that I ate and ate and ate. Never felt my digestion was normal until about 35 days into it. I also gained 20 lbs! My quit came first though and now the weight I gained is coming off.

Welcome to the party. Just know that your body is rewiring and I hope it sucks but you fight. The more deeper in hell you go and then come out, the less desire you will have to cave.

Just live and fight today. Get numbers and support. Don't make any decision while quitting without calling your October brothers to discuss.

Thank you everyone for the support. ya this site is going to become my new addiction. i hope it keeps me busy enough to keep it off my mind. but got a question for you guys, anyone else had a constant upset stomach when they quit? ive had one since day one, cant keep any food down or anything. ive only eaten crackers since then. just a weird question wondering if any1 else has had it
Hey Luke, I'm Eddie. I am addicted to this site and it has been great. I enjoy it! Btw helping others will help your quit. Get as invested as you possibly can with this site and your HOF group. This will continue to make it harder and harder to open the doors you are closing on nicotine. Enjoy this pain it is your right of passage to reclaiming your freedom. Btw bad ass move by posting roll! I quit with your bad ass today!
I would rather lose to a cheater than win as a cheater.

When I quit I puked/shit my guts out for two days body aches chills just like a heroin addict I am an addict of nicotine btw. Then the fog came and I was like cant a mother fucker catch a break around here...then I found this place and that was the break I needed. Oh it sucked for me thats why I run the word NAFAR (never again for any reason) through my head daily. I do not want to ever go through that again. The hard hitters straightened out my quit vocabular ricky tick and built me up. Now I never stray far from the site. You can do this embrace the suck.

PM if you need digits mine or anyones its not Ghey or weak its smart.

ps. even in the worst of fogs you can find your dick to follow the quit of Bean.

Did you try jerking off like Bean suggested? That may help... it always makes me feel better anyway!

Hey everyone! My names Luke an I decided to quit chewing. I am 22 and have been chewing since I was 13 when my step dad gave me my 1st can. I actually decided to quit on July 8th so I'm a couple days in. I found this site last night when I was having cravings and decided I had nothing to lose by joining. Still not 100% sure how all this works so if some one could help me along the way or guide me to the appropriate hof that'd be appreciated.
I'm in the same boat, 24 started real young, dipping two cans a day, but if you buy in, read, participate, and stay close to the site you can be successful! Reach out, meet some people, get some numbers, post roll and honor your word. PM if you need anything!

Congrats on a great choice, Cummins!!! Mich pretty much covered it. Post roll, read everything you can on this site...then read it again.

Water, seeds, exercise, jerking-off seem to help most folks early on. I just focused on that last option mainly...still do, too.

YOU CAN DO THIS. Stay strong and stay quit, brother!!!

Welcome man! If you have not gone throught the WELCOME CENTER yet click that link and read all the threads. The basics are:

post roll in your quit group (October 13 - the month you will hit 100 days of freedom) - your roll post is your word that you will not use nicotine in any form.

Honor your word

repeat

This place works if you put in effort and you want to quit. read up then go find your quit group and post roll. Ask any questions here, in your group or shoot a pm to someone by clicking their name then click pm. Again, welcome.
