I see ya Raider, where is Hadams? Come on Hadams, show me a tennis player has huge balls and quit today.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Just edit out where you play. Think about the fact that you won't have to worry about spitting while playing. Good luck with the Tennis stuff. Keep posting in this thread. I will be checking in on ya.

Ok I will. Thank you. Will the symptoms after quitting hurt my fitness level for a few days? I have NCAA's coming up next weekend and I don't want quitting to ruin my week of training before the tournament.
Can't tell you the answer to that. What sport?
FYI most of this shit is mental. Just gotta struggle through it.
I am hitting the rack. Stay quit and stay strong. It's only hard is you let it be. 100% mental.

Just so you know, less than 3% of young quitters stay quit. Are you gonna be one of the 3%? There is only one reason to cave and that's because you are weak. You have to have the right attitude. If you have that down, I will quit with ya. Either way, I am quit for today. How about you?

I want to quit for my health, my sport, my future family, my bank account, and to finally be able to sleep at night not feeling guilty. I completely understand what you are saying. It is just hard man, freaking hard. I will post roll call in my group once I figure out how to do that. I appreciate the tough love.
That's the kind you will get here. Check out the welcome center. Posting roll is easy but be sure you get to the bottom of the last page. Once your in there you will see what I mean. I know you are 19 but how long did you dip?
I have been dipping three years. Started with a couple friends in highschool when we would go fishing. That is also an issue. When I go home and see them once I finish college they will be expecting to head to the river and throw one in just like old times. I enjoyed the good times with them, but I hate that I am an addict. I hate to let them down and make my friends feel like I am one-upping them or I am suddenly a better person because I have quit and they are still addicts. I will quit this time.
Get some fake chew. It has really helped me. Tell your buddies you quit and that's it. If they offer, tell them no, if they offer again, take it, dump it out, and piss on it. Bet they won't offer again. The fake stuff will help when you are in those situations.

You will hear words of wisdom from all kinds of people in here. Listen to them. Read, read, and read some more. Quit today. No reason to risk loss of life, jaw, cheek, tongue, or whatever over some worm dirt

Yo also gotta understand this is 100% non nicotine. No Nic use allowed in any form (smokes, patch, vapor, etc)
Quitting at age 49 is hard. I dipped for longer than you have been alive. The first 3 days suck but then the nicotine will be gone from your systems the next couple weeks will suck more but you gotta have balls of steel to get through it. Drink a ton of water and get setup with seeds, gum, fake chew, whatever. Just no nicotine.
