If you are serious about quitting, this is the place. I'm not gonna get all wrapped up in the whole age thing but let me ask you,why do you want to quit? This is an extreme quit site and bull shitting is not allowed. I will say I admire you for quitting at such a young age but there must be a reason for it.

Posting Roll is the center of what we do here. It is a daily promise to not use nicotine for the day. That's it. We don't think about tomorrow or forever, we just quit for today, it's that simple. If you are truly quit, post roll in August 2014, that's your group. Do it daily and be a man of your word.

BTW we don't try, hope, attempt here. We Quit Like Fuck every damn day. I'm on day 63 of freedom and LOVE it. Don't be a "dip"shit and be a slave to the can any longer.

I just threw my half full grizzly can into the toilet for maybe the 4th time in the past year. I am only 19 so I have not been dipping very long. I just recently made it 26 days without a dip and then once again I started back up... I am starting today and this time it is forever.

I know that dip is more powerful than I am and I cannot risk having one more pinch or else it will destroy my life.

I have thought all these things before and once again I am sitting here at night disappointed and feeling defeated by the dip. Hopefully this website and community will be enough to put me over the edge this time. I could really use some support.
