So no shit there I was, face down in a pile of mud. Today sucked. My mouth needs to figure itself out and start toeing the fucking line. But other then that one more day.....

Reminiscing about a chopped up plant, that is a really great way to look at it when the cravings start.

Congrats on your decision, just don't stop. Trust me, we were all in the same boat. Tobacco (cigs and dip) were both there for me during my active duty tour and I've had so much trouble letting them go but it's for the best. You do NOT want mouth cancer, you don't want to be taken from your kids any earlier than normal because of your tobacco habit.
