Great job finding KTC...read up for hours upon hours and pound water so you piss every 15 mins.

One very important point...you and I and all here are addicts. Learn to HATE anything nicotine especially that god awful copenstankbreathhagen. I chewed that shit for 20 years, and I tell you what...143 days quit and I will punch that bitch in the pie hole anytime I see her ugly face!

Head over to the June 2016 quit group and introduce yourself to your pack. We are all quitters together but your quit group will be fighting the same battles and will have your back if you have theirs.

Quit hard one minute at a time, ODAAT, EDD!

PM me anytime you need a little extra support

I have never posted on here so have no clue what to say. I am going on my 3rd day of no nicotine and feel pretty shitty. But I am excited to try and quit. I have been dipping tobacco for close to nine years. I just purchased the Grinds (coffee in pouch form) and it sort of works. Still doesn't fix the crave I have for that sweet beautiful Copenhagen my mouth has grown accustomed to. But I would love to not be dependent on something that is destructive. Doesn't make since why I even started but I cannot stop. I have never tried this forum so I hope it helps in some way.
You are dependent because nicotine addicts us all. Day 3 of quit on your own is badass! You are right at the end of physical withdrawal, hang on tight!

Best way to quit is to use the tools here. Read up on the welcome thread, then go to the June 2016 quit group, say hello, post roll with those quitters. They are in the early suck and fog as well, you can help eachother win every day.

Grinds are a good idea, also drink lots of water and exercise.

The more time and effort you put into the tools here, the stronger your quit and the less you need that poisonous shit in your lip.
