32 years of dipping and posting roll in December for 3 weeks apparently was too much for you.

Does nicotine still have you in its grasp?

Looking forward to this day free of nicotine!!! On the bike with the love of my life! First time ever to ride this bike with her and not have "the crap" in my mouth. Feels so good! I have quit the habit and never to return. Thankful for the group and the words of wisdom and encouragement!

Great start Control....

You buried that old man on the mountain.
What you really did is bury that mistake a young boy made 32 years ago.
He was lied too... Told it was going to be better.... Thought it would make him happy and cool.

Truth sets us free.

Sounds like an old wise buck walked down that hill from a hunting trip.

It sucks untill it doesn't.
Doesn't is just one decision away.

I'll walk down the hill quit with ya.

Good job dude! Don't be a "stranger" - start posting roll with us in the December quit group. It will let us all know that you are staying clean of nicotine and inspire the rest of us to keep making it to the next day.

I'm going to be there tomorrow - I'd like to see your name in that list with me.

I quit with you today!

I have used Skoal and Red Seal for a total of 32 years. Started at 14 and quit as an adult two different times for 4 years each time. Using 1 - 1.5 cans a day. Quit date is September 1st 2015. I was on an archery elk hunt at 12,500 elev sitting in scenic location. Decided to use the trip for something memorable and for my betterment. Found a hole and put a full can and spit bottle in the hole. Took a photo to memorialize the event/milestone. The photo is now my phone cover photo. When the cravings hit, I pull out my phone to help me remember the commitment and to keep me strong!! Today is day 17!!! I spend a lot of time looking at the photo!! Hoping the cravings continue to decline over time. I appreciate this forum. I googled and found this site this morning. I am thankful for the site and it helps me with my commitment and promise to myself and loved ones in my life.

Smokeless tobacco has added ZERO value to my life. As a professional, it was always an embarrassment to me. NO MORE!!!!

Thanks for reading! Thanks in advance for the support! It is needed to kick this filthy habit for good!
