If your word of honor means something, you can do this.

This is your quit group, pre-HOF June 2017

That is where you will post roll giving your word of honor that you will not use nicotine in any way shape or form today. Then all you need to do is keep your word.

Click on the link and start reading!

You can do this!

Welcome.

If you're serious about this, and want help from us, you'll have to post roll in your Quit Group. When you post roll, you are promising yourself and your quit mates that you will not use nicotine of any kind for the entire day. Then make the same promise the next day and every day after that. Keep your word, and stay quit. It's that simple, but hard as hell.

About my addiction
« on: March 03, 2017, 08:28:00 AM »
I'm 23 years old and I have been chewing all sorts of snuff since 12. It started with peer pressure like most would and it grew on me from there. I had months at a time or even a whole year where I would not chew. Although it always seemed to creep back up on me. Now I am 5 days dip free and here's to never putting that toxic squirrel shit in my lip again.

Cheers mates
