Been chewing 17 years or so.. Have visited the site few times poking around here and there. Threw it all away 11-29-18. Thought it wouldn’t be that hard, Quickly realized how wrong I was!

Welcome RJ2,

Your quit group is March 2019 Pre-HOF Quit Group.

Go there and learn how to post roll.  Posting roll is our daily promise not to use nicotine.  We make our promise early each day, keep our word and come back and do it again the next day.  Tat is how we quit here, one day at a time.  We don't worry about making it forever, or a year or even 10 days.  We only worry about today.

Start exchanging phone numbers with other quitters in your group and some veterans, this is how we keep each other accountable and build our brotherhood.  Accountability is a two-way street though, so if someone gives you their digits, be prepared to give yours in return.  We only exchange personal info through the messaging feature of the board, never in open forum.

Okay, time to make your promise.

chris2alaska 329 and quit with you today
