Day 1, Here we go... I am absolutely done with this addiction! I'm 25 and chewed roughly a can a day since I was 16 and have come to a point where enough is enough. I've quit in the past for a 4 month period, and tricked my own dumbass into thinking "It's okay if I have just one dip, I've quit before so I can quit again". I think what I'm lacking is support/coaching. Those around me don't dip and understand exactly how hard this is to quit or currently chew without ANY desire to quit. I just ordered a few sample cans of the tobacco free dip, and hope they help out. I'm a religious Grizzly wintergreen and Cope straight user.

Well welcome (insert long name here),
I assume that by this time you took any dip you had and flushed it. If not do so then piss before flushing.
Now read the information on this site and joint the Pre-HOF February quit group and post roll real the "Salmon" portion in the main page and it will teach you about all of that.
Then come back tomorrow and do it again. We quit one day at a time and post roll daily. We also do not use tobacco or nicotine anything. It is not easy but if you have testicular fortitude you can do this.
P.S. If you have a Wal Mart close they sell Smokey Mountain Wintergreen which is a decent alternative. I also use sunflower seeds, gum, jolly ranchers, life savers, atomic fireballs, etc. Drink lots of water and find an outlet for the rage that will hit you.
