No roll since Tuesday. My spider quit sense must be off, cause I thought this dude had potential. Bummer.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

I posted this on the roll forum as well, but shit gets buried fast there and I want you to read it.

Northernhiker, you'll get a lot of advice if you ask for it. and also if you don't for that matter. and it will all have the same type of undertone:

- don't whine and be a pussy but man up and be serious about quitting.
- Don't fucking cave again, ever. You are done with the Nic Bitch forever. If that is not your attitude, then fuck off and come back when you are serious
- Never call what you have been doing a "Habit". You are an ADDICT and will always be one. The sooner you internalize that fact, the better. You will have to keep your addiction locked up in the back of your brain for life.
- You have come to the right place. Post roll and honor your word every day. Forever is not possible, but today is possible.
- People will love your here (it is hard love though) if you are serious.

welcome to your new life.
it will suck at first but the sense of power and freedom you will feel every time you stare down your addiction will be worth all the pain and anxiety.

Hi I'm Jim and it's wonderful to have found this site. I am sick and tired of feeding my addiction. I'm scared that this is going to be the toughest thing I have ever done. I was in the military for 8 years and that's where I started dipping. It's now been 10 years and I'm ready to kick this bs habit. I hope your guys don't mind me ranting on the page when the cravings kick in, this is it though I'm putting my foot down and done with this crap. My life is worth too much to become a medical statistic. I'm 34 and in my second semester of college trying to better myself with a duel degree program in business marketing and my MBA. But I'm gonna need support and some friends who understand what I am going through. Thank you in advance!!
Welcome Jim!
You'll never regret quitting. The next few days your body will be going through the physical withdrawal- drink a lot of water- it'll help. Read as much as you can on this site- feed your quit instead of your addiction and do it every day. Post roll early and every day- make that promise to yourself and us that you aren't going to use nicotine for that day. We quit one day at a time.

We are here to help but you have to own your QUIT. You made that choice to put that shit in your mouth, now you have to make that choice to keep it out of your mouth. It's cancer in a can. Make that promise today and don't finger fuck that cancer can, then wake up and make that promise again.

Come in here to your intro or get on live chat and rant all you want. We can take it.

I quit with you today.
