that's the way to do it. give your word, keep your word...and read read read. There is a shitload of quit knowledge on this site. Stray strong and all three of you will make it through the suck. Just focus on one day at a time.

I am here to get this stuff out of my system for good. I have been dipping for three years and it is time I gave it up for myself. I have tried to quit by myself but realized it was time for some help. I am here for my brothers and sisters for this hundred days starting today.
