I find it extremely disrespectful to come in here and jerk off. All of these people have put so much attention into their quits and you ask for their attention. Because of the compassion in this forum, they have given it to you.

You throw it right back in their faces with this bullshit. Honestly, if you have been doing it for 50 years and you aren't ready to quit yet, you are all kinds of fucked. You should of man'd up a long time ago. Come back when you've found your balls, until then don't waste our time.

Just goes to show you have to want it. You can't convince someone to quit. No matter how much to defile their manhood online or scare them with cancer stories and jaw removal, if a man don't want it, he ain't going to quit.

Oh come on man, don't get caught up in the number of years you have dipped. When it gets down to it, it doesn't really matter. That was one of the lies that the nic bitch whispered in my ear "You been dipping for 30 years, there is no way you can quit now". I kicked that excuse in the butt 109 days ago. Once I decided to quit, I quit. You can too!

I, just like everyone else on this site, gave my word that I would not use nicotine for 24 hours. I posted roll and made a promise to myself and to everyone on this site that I would stay quit for one day. We can do anything or not do anything for 24 hrs! Then we get up the next day and do it all again. We do this together, one day at a time.

Quitting is a choice, you either choose to dip or you don't, it' that simple!

You have lived a life in which you are dependent on nicotine. It will not be easy to adjust. But it is possible. The first day is scary as hell. The next couple days are horrible. But around day five you start to get a feeling of freedom. Not being held hostage to the nicotine bitch.

And brother, the freedom is a great feeling. You need to dump that shit and post day one.
