I hope I can do this!
We don't hope around here. We do.

Are you a man of your word? I bet you're insulted I asked.

When you post roll, you give your solemn word that you will not use any form of nicotine that day. It's just as if you looked everyone in your quit group in the eye, and shook their hand in real life, and promised them you wouldn't use.

Post roll as early in the day as you can. Keep your word. That's it.

Proud to quit with you.
Alright then...ball is in your court and it's time to mean what you say. Get your name on roll call in July 2016. This is your quit group and July marks the month in which that team of quit brothers will hit the 100-day milestone. Until that point and every day past that point you will post roll. No need to worry about day 100 or any day beyond just today. If you mean what you say then post roll every day. Build an army of support and quit brethren. If you've only stopped using for a week at most, you certainly know this is no joke. The difference is now you have a legion of people quitting with you, holding you accountable, ...proving your integrity. As of this post I'm at day 867 - my posting rate? 100% And that's why I'm quit.

Quit on and quit hard.

Agreed. There's none of this hoping or trying bullshit here. There's only doing.

Make a promise, keep the promise, and do the same damn thing each day.

It's your call, but remember, it IS life or death.

Quit on.

I spontaneously decided to quit tobacco use last Thursday. I have been dippin for about 6 years now. About a can day for the past 3. Former ball player, current military, and I can't seem to run from it. I decided for my health and finances that its no longer an option to dip! I hope I can do this! The longest I've quit for since 2010 was only a week long. Its time to go to war! 'oh yeah'
