Have been dipping for 10years and have tried to quit many times before. Started getting to the point where I excepted the fact that I would keep putting this poison in my face and that was all there was to it, no use even trying. Last night I was fortunate enough to stumble across this site, took the shit out of my lip, and woke up this morning on a mission of change, no matter what the cost or what hardships I may face. I am simply done, and look forward to a life without bieng slave to the can
