Nic everything you are going through we all either have gone through or are going through. Some days are better than others and some right down suck. We have to go through the bad to truly appreciate the good in life. Embrace it learn to hate it so bad that you never want to repeat it. Don't be afraid to contact me or any other quit brothers for help. We are dealing with issues too look its 5:45 i didnt get home till minight and cant sleep and talking is therapy. Hell me typing on this damn phone keeps my mind off the shit. Stay strong.

Okay, here's the deal. I joined the site a LONG time ago. However, I didn't use the site and I didn't quit. I am back and now posting day 1. This time will be different.

I was a ninja dipper, keeping the habit from everyone except my daughter, who can't speak yet, so how will she let anyone know. I was VERY good at hiding the dip around others. I had several hiding spots around the house, each spot housed a can so I always had access a quick pinch if I 'needed' it.

More of my story. I came back to the site a couple days ago now... woulda been 4/17 in the morning. I made the pledge to myself, then, to do this the right way. Within a couple hours, I was dipping in the shower. I know, I know... caver... pussy... all the rest... but, here come's the best part.

I felt sick to my stomach within minutes of putting it in... dizzy, too. As soon as I spit that shit out... I felt GREAT!

This morning was tough. I couldn't decide whether I should grab the shampoo bottle of the conditioner bottle in the shower. The 'fog' really rolled in this afternoon. All I wanted to do was go to sleep. And when I got home from work tonight... I just started pulling all the old, nasty, forgotten food out of the refrigerator. Those were some of the easy times.

Tonight, I let the wife in on what I was doing. She'd thought I quit a year and a half ago. She wasn't happy that I kept it from her (obviously), but was happy I'd come clean and made the decision to take this on for me. Now, with the wife in bed and the house all quiet... head pounding, fog rolling back in, if I had something I'd cave, just to fix the headache. Perhaps it's time for bed.

PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS:
Teeth Hurt
Both TMJs Sore
Headache 5/10

WHAT'S NEXT:
Why nicotene replacements don't work. Especially for Ninjas.

Great choice anderson!! sorry if I seemed a little abrasive in the pms We shared earlier. Been alittle sceptical lately. Some people come here under false pretences. Ive been burnt by a couple who have come for sympathy, thinking that this would be a cake walk and someone would hold there hand all day long and sigh when the broke their promise. I am going to pm you and gladly share contact info with you. Stay strong prepare for and embrace the suck it is about to come, if it hasnt already.
