My quit day is 12/22/2018!

What happened to Saturday quitting???  We told you not to wait.  Your addict brain will come up with every excuse in the world to keep you on the poison.  You need to just do it.  Quit waiting, Flush that crap and post your promise.  You won't regret it.
If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.

Accountability is a statement of personal promise, both to yourself and to the people around you, to deliver specific defined results.

Do not be complacent about your achievements and not to strive for continual improvement when you get to the top. As soon as you let success go to your head, you sink into following familiar patterns and play it safe. In other words, you risk losing your edge.

You need anything, ask.  You feel strong, help.  This quit is for you but we got your back.

You popped in yesterday.

Don’t have the balls to own this now?

Sad, man.
Sad.

Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

Hmm... big surprise... you haven’t sac’d up and owned this yet. Haven’t even been back on to look.

If you do come take a peek... think about this...
While you’re happily chewing away and waiting for your prescribed Quit day... how do you know that the very next pinch of shit you put in your face isn’t the ONE that turns that healthy skin into a cancerous
nightmare?

No more waiting...
Quit now.
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

I just gotta get in on this action with those two badass brothers of mine above, today is the day you take your life back.

I have two little boys as well... 4 and almost 3.

My oldest finally caught me and asked me what was that in my lip.... "Daddy ewwww. what that?"

Yeah that was it, I wasn't about to be that kind of a role model for my boys, I threw it out, found KTC and held on for dear life.

Today is the day bro, let's do this.
Be humble... grow everyday.

I fear I will always be chasing the vortex like a drug. None will be as special as my first hit.

My quit day is 12/22/2018!
It all sounds good expect for the part I’ve quoted above.

Why wait?

When you’re an addict, tomorrow ALWAYS breeds another tomorrow. It’s especially true when you have the “try” mentality.

Man up... face this head on... OWN that decision... quit today.

No more trying. No more hoping it takes, this time. KTC has the method and tools you need... follow it and use it. Get involved and STAY involved.

Freedom comes at a cost... you want it but are you willing to pay for it?

Now.
It’s time... right now.

I second what Applejack said.  There is no 12/22/18 coming.  The day is today.  Carpe Diem - Seize The Day for tomorrow may never come.  In an addicts brain, tomorrow definitely never comes.

My question to you is why wait until Saturday?  Do you think it is going to be any easier on Saturday?  If you wait, Saturday will never come, you will continue to dip on in to Sunday and Monday and Tuesday because your addict brain will come up with excuse after excuse not to quit.

If you are really ready to quit like you say your are, then WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

Go flush that cat shit down the toilet.

Go post your promise not to use nicotine in the March 2019 Pre-HOF Group, keep that promise for today, then tomorrow come back and do it again.  One Day At A Time(ODAAT), Every Damn Day(EDD), Wake Up, Piss, Post(WUPP).  Take nicotine off the table every 24 hours.  You can quit for a day, right?  That's all we do here, quit for one day, then come back tomorrow and quit again.

Now go, flush that dead weed and post your promise.
If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.

Accountability is a statement of personal promise, both to yourself and to the people around you, to deliver specific defined results.

Ready to quit introduction
« on: December 18, 2018, 11:27:12 AM »
Well here we go, I've tried to quit in the past and have failed, but this time I'm determined to quit for good.

I started dipping 12 years ago when I was 20. I now go through almost a tin per day. I don't even enjoy it anymore, it's just out of habit and I hate it.

I tried quitting 2 years ago and did pretty well for about 2 months. Since then I've been a "closet" Dipper. Hiding it from my wife and friends, it's kind of embarrassing. I'm not sure what to expect, but I'm ready to face it head on.

I'm doing this for my health, and to show myself my will power is stronger than the tobacco's control! I have two little boys that are my world and I want to be there for them and their kids in the future.

My quit day is 12/22/2018!
