So im 17 (underage I know)and I have been dipping for about a year now. I figured its time to quit before it gets any worse. I go through on weekdays about a can a day due to school and on weekends sometimes 2 cans a day. I have a half can in my pocket and i plan on dipping it all tonight and starting my journey to quit tomorrow. What are some ways i can get the urge to dip away. I love fishing and hunting but i always have a dip in when doing either so that could be hard and when i drive i always dip as well. Should i just push through it and take my mind through hell or are there any other ways you quitters have done. Thanks!
I got sick off of my first dip at age 16. Hated it, and still continued dipping dispite still getting sick off of it for the next year and a half.... Now 10 years later I am on this site forcing myself to quit every day. So my advice to you, quit now, quit while youre young, and quit before any permanent damage is done.

You gotta be 18 to be on this site. But you should quit no matter what age your are. And you need to quit today. I was "planning to quit tomorrow" when I was 17. That went on for 20 years. If you're smart enough to find this site and know you need to quit, then be a genius and do it.

AND COME BACK WHEN YOU'RE 18!!!

If you were 18 I would tell you to stop playing games. Quit NOW, not tomorrow, or some other later date, which will N e v e r come. There will always be a reason why you need to push it another day. I would also tell you that you are a smart kid, smarter than most of us who dipped for decades before getting wise. Quit now dude, if you don't it WILL rule your life for the next 10 to 30 years...

there must be some legal reason that the founders of KTC want users to be 18 and normally would say come back if you are still not quit by then but I think you can channel that youthful vigor and take care of this NOW.

I started when I was 16. 10 years later, I finally quit because I threw that junk out, manned up and embraced the suck. Like sailor said, gotta be 18 to jump into the site, but look at the information available all across the web. You will have to build your own support group, and it will suck. read, learn, and quit TODAY.

No, don't start tomorrow start now and dump that shit down the toilet along with any cigarettes or anything else! I want you to quit with me today and do your day one with me by saying you quit right now! Unfortunately you can't be on the site until your 18 but when you get there I will personally welcome you with nothing but support and admiration!
