I have been "lurking" around the site for a couple of days - I am now on day 14 of the rest of my life - This time for me! This is my longest "run" - just looking for some "Feel Good Stuff" (mental  physical) from those members that may remember any type of small "pay-offs" after 2 weeks? (14 earth/head shattering days!)

Thank you for this site and an "invitation to the dance" ...

Welcome jimmyblue!

Way to many quotation marks.... hahahahaha

The biggest payoff after 2 weeks is that it's been 2 weeks QUIT!

Numero uno payoff....You've been off the shit for two weeks! Awesome! The best advice I have is take it a day at a time and remind yourself, I am not a dipper anymore. Find something else to do.

Welcome. It gets better soon but you just happen to be smack in the middle of the 14 day funk...

Hang in there. You really don't have any idea how great things are going to get.

Check your (Inbox 1) upper right corner of your screen,

Welcome to the site. I got here at day 14 myself. I was craving hard on day 14 and was searching for "dip alternatives" when I stumbled on to this place.

Here I am 393 days later feeling better than I have in YEARS!! You want some words of encouragement... here they are.

YOU CAN DO THIS !!

I am not going to sugar coat it and tell you it will be easy becuase it won't, but it can be done. I will send you a PM with some general information on how to get started. From there it is up to you. We will be here to support and offer advice, but you have to do the work.

Post roll like its your job, read everything you can !!

Glad you made it, this place and these people will save your life if you let them.

STAY QUIT
Greg
