Welcome to the Jungle. I'm on day 5 of QUIT. I'm a quitter. I too put that shit in my body for 20 years plus.

Day 4 was ok. I woke up at 1:00 AM wide awake ...so I watched a movie until I fell back asleep.

I own Day 5!! Good luck buddy. Let's quit!

Welcome to KTC. Go up to the Welcome Center link (above top left, in red letters) and read up on how and why this program works.

You should post day 1 today in the March 2013 quit group. Look under the quit group heading.

Read, exchange numbers, ask questions. Work the program and it will work for you.

You can do it.
