I dipped for almost 30. If I can, you can. I'm not special. I'm not a super hero (I might run around the house in my skivies and a mask sometimes). I'm not above anyone else here.

Welcome to the Jungle. I'm on day 5 of QUIT. I'm a quitter. I too put that shit in my body for 20 years plus.

Day 4 was ok. I woke up at 1:00 AM wide awake ...so I watched a movie until I fell back asleep.

I own Day 5!! Good luck buddy. Let's quit!
