Push through the suck Rollin. You have to have strong resolve in the first 5 days. Even after that, you have to be on your guard and have a plan. Keep reading the stuff on this site. I never thought I could quit, even when I started. What I can do though is take it one day at a time, and make that promise each and every day.

Keep reading the good stuff on this site. KingNothing ^^^ has a pretty epic HOF speech. Don't let the nic bitch sweet talk you. You don't need that poison shit in your lip anymore. Congrats on the beginning of your life of freedom from slavery to the nic bitch! Don't be afraid to reach out if you need something.

Glad to have you here Rollin. Nice job posting roll. Get to know the system and the people on this site, you will not regret it. It has quite literally saved marriages, families, friendships, jobs, and most importantly lives. If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to reach out.

"today you dissided that shit wont control your life. and it wont. unless you let it." - drome
"Not thinking about nicotine is for people who've never used nicotine. We threw that option away with the first dip or drag on a cigarette. We are addicts, and cannot become un-addicted." - wildirish317
"You need to decide how much you really want to be quit." - pky1520
We are always at risk. And probably always will be. That is why I will never get "too quit" to post my +1. Every. Damn. Day. - geis2597

Thank you. Yes, How do you eat an Elephant? The answer is one bite at a time. The same holds true with this. Get through each day.

Welcome rollin. Nice job posting roll! Now keep your promise. Repeat first thing tomorrow morning. Drink a lot of water and exercise as much as you can. Use seeds gum fake what ever it takes to keep that crap out of your mouth. Reach out to others in your group, and build accountability here. It will suck until it doesn't. PM me if you need anything.
