Read as much as you can about the way we do things here. Next thing, you need to post roll and post roll every day. Since your quit day is today, your quit group is August 14 because you will reach 100 days (Hall of Fame) in August. You can find that here: topic/10225414/27/?x=90#new

Lastly, you are young. You will hear others (really only a few) on here say that young quitters (21 is pretty young) don't make long term commitments. You need to prove them wrong. Drink lots of water. Work out. These first couple days are the toughest but it will get better. Look for a message from me in your inbox.

Make sure you post roll every day, Eddie. That is key #1 to beating this shit. Get on that roll pronto.
