It is good that you are here.  Life is too short and too valuable a gift to be squandered on that which offers nothing of value in return.

Armydad ...  big steps ... finally got you on KTC!

Now, can we get you escorted over to March 2019 so you can post your promise ??
This is site is base on a two way street of  ....ACCOUNTABILITY ...
it will often lead to interaction with others ... aka... BROTHERHOOD...
and when those two ingredients mix well, you have a nice pot of quit SUCCESS!!!

the beauty of this site is we've heard it and seen it all...  hunkering down and hitting solo is NOT how we roll....

Embrace the suck and the brotherhood

What he^^^^^^said.  Here is a link to your Quit Group - Click Here

Also check your "My Messages" inbox for my digits.  You will want to exchange digits with other quitters in your group as well as some of the vets to build your accountability and brotherhood network.  As cbird said, accountability is a two-way street so I hope to see your digits grace my inbox soon.

If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.

Accountability is a statement of personal promise, both to yourself and to the people around you, to deliver specific defined results.

Do not be complacent about your achievements and not to strive for continual improvement when you get to the top. As soon as you let success go to your head, you sink into following familiar patterns and play it safe. In other words, you risk losing your edge.

You need anything, ask.  You feel strong, help.  This quit is for you but we got your back.
