Well after 30 years of dipping Copenhagen I am at day 2 of my quit! Possibly the best thing is that my older brother quit dipping today as well. So far the urge has been managed well with seeds and smokey mountain. Great site and I am glad I found it.
Great Decision Hoss! Get over to April 2015: topic/10847546/143/#new
and post roll call, it is the back bone of the site! Then repeat each day.
To break a 30 year addiction is going to be hard, get gum, seeds, candy and fake chew to help, you can do it.
Read everything on this site, there is a wealth of quit knowledge here.
Proud to quit with you, see you tomorrow

*Reason for quitting. Not going to lie, I have an 8 year old boy who I want to see grow up. After 30 years there is just two many reasons for not quitting and I think yesterday I personally just got tired of it, and told myself I am f*cking done with it.
