Today is the first day of my attempt to quit using chewin tobacco. I have tried many times before and the last attempt lasted 2.5 months and then relapsed. I am not sure what really to say, since I have never posted a blog, or on a forum. I am truly excited to become tobacco free and save my own life.

Any support, help, hints or tips is worth hearing. I need all the help I can receive! With the support of others, I believe anything is possible.

Anybody talk to this guy? Last time he was active was June 2nd...don't beleive he ever posted roll.
This is why we don't talk "attempts" here, rather we just do it. Too easy to flush the shit and not go back.
He responded to an e-mail, still quit, not sure he gets how the site works?
"CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit. After that moment, no temptation will be great enough, no lie persuasive enough to make you commit suicide by using tobacco."

Two things:

1. Pick a new font.

2. There is no attempt here. It's quit or get the Eff out. It's simple - don't put it in your face. Simple, but not easy.

We're here to help, support, push, listen, shout and everything else 'cause we know what it's like. We know what you're goin through. Read, read, read, read...and then read some more. Post up a day one, keep your promise to your September brothers and repeat tomorrow.

Let's get your quit on!
Yeah, a simple 12 point times roman will do fine.
It is the dip rage, I think he was yelling at us already.
That is why we are here. Use any damn font you want to, just stay quit!!
Fucking agreed. Nobody gives a shit less about your font than I do.
I just want to be able to read the rage. The big don't bother me, but that little stuff he started with hurt my aging eyes.

:D
