Keep adding to those reasons to quit. You'll need every one of them.

I just cant help but think about my future as an addict and how it will affect my life. Im getting married in December and the thought of putting the love of my life through the hardship of oral cancer just isnt fair. This being said I have dumped out my last can and flushed the bitch goodbye.
Good choice...glad you're stepping up to the plate.

Start at the Welcome Center and post roll with November. Once you've done that, read, read, read...learn everything you can about your addiction (yeah, it's not a habit) and then read some more. If you'd like some help from an old paramedic, give me a shout. I've been quit for 42 days and I have about 12,360 more days to break even. I'm taking it one day at a time and so should you. Welcome aboard, glad to be quit with you today.
