Zero--Golfing has been the absolute hardest part of my quit. I play 2-3 times a week, and take it pretty seriously. Through 111 quit days, the biggest crave for me comes at the golf course. Day to day, i don't use the fake stuff at all, but when I'm playing golf, I use it like a fiend! Keep that or some seeds with you, and you'll be just fine. Enjoy yourself and the spring weather...
