If you would start posting roll, you will be in my quit group. I highly recommend you come over and join us. If you can post because of your phone, Pm me i'll give you my digits. You can text me with your quit, and I can post it up on roll. But just just like Syndrome said, you miss a single day, and you will have some explaining to do.

check your inbox for phone posting instructions - you can always find someone to text or call with your quit and have them post up or just add a reply on Jan 13 and someone will pick you up if you are serious about posting

Definitely check out the Fake Chew guide info. I have no idea where it is, but you'll be doing yourself a favor by looking around the site. You'll find all sort of good stuff.
If you've done some reading here, you know that posting roll is the core of our success in staying quit. Without posting roll, you'll be doing a quit method that has not worked for a single one of us. There's not much good advice on solo quitting that we will be able to give. So hang out here and get some advice. But if don't join a group and post roll, you'll be missing out on what makes this place work.

make some friends here, reach out and get some numbers from your quit group and text your quit in each day, I speak truth when I say it will save your quit! Your post is your word to not use

I'm still cope free!!! One week today!!! I can't seem to do roll call from my phone.... : wacko: I'm dpretty good. I'm mostly really proud of myself! Still might have to get some "fake" stuff .

come on cancer knows no gender, and will treat you like any one else, yes the crave and nic bitch is something to fear that's why you go post every day and use the chat line where we are standing by to give you the encouragement you need if you need one on one support pm or text the stump!!

You need to read all you can and post roll. That daily promise is one of the main things that makes your quit successful.

Posting roll is giving your word that you will not use nic that day! We do it everyday, no excuses! At day (7 now) you're past the fog and the suck, but you're still fighting the urges, load up on the seeds, gum, toothpicks, hard candy and fake stuff! I'll be looking for you on roll...
