Welcome brother! Don't just throw away your can, go flush all of the contents down the drain. As soon as you do that, get over to September and post a day1.

You are in for a few days of challenging foggy times! Post your promise every morning and be a man of integrity and honor your word. Go get some seeds, fake, gum or whatever you need but don't touch that nicotine.

Read as much as you can on here, there is a mile of great information and road maps from those who have come before you. Read the directions, don't be afraid to ask about road markers if you can't read them and stay with us one day at a time.

Most importantly, exchange numbers with other quit brother to build a nest of accountability

Welcome and stay quit

I've been to this site and after throwing out my can, I decided to man up and join it. I'm tired of needing chew. From what I've read I know I can't post roll until tomorrow but I'm really looking forward to my first dip free day after a can a day for 6 years. I know it'll be rough but I'm so damn ready!
