The hardest, yet the most rewarding thing you will ever do. Stay close to KTC, reach out to all of us with a little quit time. PM me and others for some emergency contact numbers. Great choice, JK. Post Roll and embrace the suck. That is the feeling of healing. Nobody gets free for the asking. We earn our freedom one day at a time. "One day at a time" is your new mentality. We can't change the past, and don't know the future. But we can promise not to use nicotine today.
