Been on the road with work, been a very busy month, probably a blessing to be so distracted from the nicotine whore. Anywho, went the whole day without a craving, the first day of 34 without one. I tell you this for the guys in the. First 10 days who think they would chop off their dicks for pinch. Sit tight, ride the fucking train and hold on. You will be at day 20 pr 30 soon enough. Hour by hour guys, minute by minute. Thank you KTC

Day 25, what a fucking ride. Chili....that's right chili. I texted waste panel about it last week. It's a huge crave inducer for me for some reason. Last week i Went to the club, had a bowl of chili and fought the nic bitch all afternoon. Well, today guess what I had? Fucking chili again, in 103 degree heat,I went back to the club and ate chili. I guess as a test i wanted to do,well I won. My thoughts are chili takes me to fall days, at the ranch or the duck club. Times of complete relaxment, and joy. That my friends is how fucked up we are on nicotine. Watering flowers, chili, plane rides next to dippers, it's all the nic bitch hiding and waiting. Nic bitch is a pissed off early spring rattlesnake hiding under your truck. You can hear it, can't see it, but it will bite your ass quick if you aren't watching. Stay strong, and watch for snakes.

Great job GA. You have been one quitting machine.

I recommend this intro to anyone just starting your quit. Read through this intro and see a real quitter. Observe someone that came in here, posted a day one and never looked back. He was serious and is using all the tools necessary to make this quit stick. Quit with you anyday GA.

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

Damn it feels good to be quit. Hope everyone had a happy and healthy 4 th of July and thanks to all of the vets out there. Be strong, keep quit and thanks to all of my KTC family for getting me to day 21.

Freedom. Being quit means you get to experience a TON of new stuff without the constant pressure/threat of running out of dip! The first few times I had to be somewhere and NOT have to plan my time out so I could go to the store and get a can or two... Damn! That threw me for a loop! No checking my pockets anymore, no worrying about what I left in which car so my wife wouldn't catch it. On and on... Done. Freedom is so damn cool bro...
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

Watering the flowers.........it's something as simple as grabbing a cold beer and heading out by the pool to water the flowers to be a trigger. Finished my beer and kind of panicked because I didn't have a can on me. Blood pressure shot up i got nervous, what if i dont have a can in my truck, what if the store is out of wintergreen.............Then I remembered I am quit, and I can water the fucking flowers and drink a cold beer on a 103 degree day without poison. Thi quit is exciting, and so worth it. Everyone have a good weekend and remember that nic bitch is hiding in the flowers, on the plane, in your truck, all over the place. Grab a seat in the quit train and hold the fuck on.
You are straight up killin it man. Quitters gonna quit. You da man.

Grizz so proud of ya man. You've faced and beaten so many fears in the last 14 days: fear of quitting, fear of going to the dentist, fear of technology (haha jk had to give you some crap there:)). You're an authentic man. Just amazing the amount of toughness and leadership your demonstrating right now.
We all want progress, but if you're on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive.

Has tobacco been so kind to you that you should leave it with regret? There are far better things ahead than any we leave behind.

Come join us. Come be quit with us. Rather than slowly commit suicide, slowly regain your health. It might hurt at first, but it won't kill you. And once the birthing process is done you'll find yourself a free man. With friends. And health. And wealth. Come drink at the fountain of quit.

Good deal on the dentist GA. Your putting the excitement back into quitting. Worried for days about a dentist. A plain ride with a douche. The electric company guy. I could go on and on with this. My point is your 15 days with a 10 page intro and your still quit.

That's how it's done my friend! You are staying quit because your serious about this quit and it shows. Your intro has got to be one of the most entertaining intros i've been a part of. Your helping me stay quit everyday. If you can make it in a plane, in a car, on a train well, by golly I can do it. I'm quit with you all day bro.
